HNA Hotels & Resorts is a subsidiary of the HNA group which established in April, 2005. HNA Group’s business is primary based on air transportation, airport management, hotels, tourism and other related industries. HNA group is also responsible for brand building and hotel operations for the entrusted properties.

HNA Hotels & Resorts’ business is base on subsidiary hotels in the hotel industry system such as Boao HNA Hotel, Shanghai HNA Hotel, Meilan HNA Hotel, Shenzhen HNA Hotel, Hainan Sunshine City International Gulf Club Company and Guangzhou Center HNA Hotel. Besides the subsidiary hotels there are HNA Air Catering Company, Sanya Lufthansa Skychef Company Ltd., and Beijing Xinhua Air Catering Company Ltd. HNA Hotel Group manages its subsidiary companies by the uniform hotel industry regulations.

HNA hotels & resorts are growing every year. They have won many awards. For example in November, 2004 they won “The Most Influenced Hainan Hotel Management Company.” In November, 2005 they won the “Most Competitive Hotel Management Company 2005.” The following year they won “Top 20 of National Hotel Bran 2006.” By the end of December of 2006 there are 34 hotels under the HNA group which are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Hainan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Taiyuan, Nanchang, Kunming, Tianjin, Haerbin, Ningbo, Baoji and Huangshan.
